Cost of SAP Training

There are only two authorized SAP Training partners in India from where you can get SAP Certification. These are the following.

1. Genvate.
2. Siemens.

These institutes will charge Rs. 2,75000 for training. Rs. 2,50000 is the the training fees and Rs. 25,000 for Certification. You need to have 70% marks in the Certification exam, which is a bit hard. You can appear at most three times paying 25,000 each time.

But there is no placement guarantee even after Certification from these institutes with only 1/4 Certified consultants getting palced.

Apart from these two training centers, there are numerous other institutes in all the major cities of India, which offer SAP training at cheap rates. The fees for SAP courses in these institutes ranges between 10-25K. On this site, you can find the address of some of these institutes which have good repute among the student community. There are people who took training from these small institutes and are now placed in MNCs with hefty pay packages. So all that matters is the amount of hardwork and dedication one applies that will land him a job in SAP.

You can visit the site to get extensive documentation on SAP. It is a good resource and a library of SAP training material.

if there if no placement gurrantee and assistent than why we do that course?? i am the stubdent of MBA-IB from udaipur. recently i m completed my vocational training in ESSAR POWER, surat.

I agree with the comment as the course is expensive ( About Rs 3.00L) and it should therefore be productive interms of returns....

Some sort of assurance on the placement of better jobs is necessary.....

I'm 100% agree with above two comments. If the course is so much expensive then there should be some sort of guranteed placement. After all we are spending our hard earned money to gwt returns.....

Getting traiined from genovate or Siemens does not gurantte any placement, therefore it is better to have some implementation experiance and then go for certification. Many certified candidates are without jobs as they do not have real time experiance. Certifiaction will help you once you have some one-two years of experiance and are looking for better prospects.

Although, the cost of SAP training is very high from authorized institutes, there is no option you can opt for certifiaction only minus training. These institutes do not offer such options..they make money by this route ..

I read many comments about no availability of Jobs after SAP . Its not such . SAP training is very costly and cost aroung 2-3 Lakhs ,after completing your training initially you will not get highly paid . You can get 15-20k salary as starting in career in SAP but after 4-5 years working in market you can easily achieve a package of 18-20 lakhs per annum . It has a very bright future.

The worst faculty ever I met and does not want to meet is Jawahar. By following some of my friend's advise I joined crm course with him. He is so irresponsibe, he cancels class if AC doesn't work, if duster is not there, if he is not in mood and never starts class on time only past half an hour.Ateast he does not have a decent knowledge on crm. He completed service module on a sunday in 3 hours and said that's enough as we cannot claim experience in that module. Such a rude and irresponsible person.

Anonymous said...

I am learning from Ramcharan, Oasis. He is the best faculty for CRM right now.He taught us middleware settings and also SD module neccessary to understand crm better. You can blindly join him as I have already spent money on 3 faculties jawahar, laxmi & sriram but without any confidence i have come out. Wasted 8 months.
Now i feel very confident as I have excellent knowledge and can even answer realtime scenario. Pl do not waste time, if you want good job in crm, then only ramcharan can get you that.

Don't follow these Intentional reviews wrote either by faculty or his friends/institutes. Just attend demos in 2/3 institutes, and you yourself will understand.

One thing for sure Jawahar is past & also old stuff, never had any realtime experience, he has become popular only beacause their was no faculty for crm earlier, not disciplined, not punctual and not serious for student careers. He is just making money on some fools recommendations. Even he went to such extent where he collected full fees from us, trained for 2 weeks each module 1/2 days and gone absconding. We have to spend time and money again to learn with another faculty. He is extinct.
To get grip on crm you need minimum of 45 to 60 hours training and practice seperately.Don't just follow some fools advise.

Go out yourself and directly talk to faculty, now a days there are young faculty's with realtime exp and are serious about our careers.
I heard about a faculty who teaches Middleware & SD also along with crm with realtime scenarios. Not sure whether he is in oasis or somewhere. But name is Ramcharan (not chiranjeevi's son).

Do not follow others, make your own identity. You see, You listen, You decide. You are the best guide for your own career.

Hi All, Myself Vikas Agarwal. I also heard about so many trainers when i wanted to come to hyderabad to learn crm. I attended course from both sriram and laxmi ganesh. But fortunately I didn't pay fees in the first week and i realized i will be no where. Immediately i started searching and attending demos. There are very less trainers for crm functional in hyderabad. It was easy for me to decide though i spent 2/3 weeks in searching. Serious professionals have started training nowadays and they are very less in number. Now after coming back to Noida i cracked interview in CSC and TCS in just 15 days. Thanks to ramcharan.

The finest and Excellent trainer for sap crm is ramcharan. I can say it for 1 lakh times because i came with a hope of learning but ultimately had become so confident and proficient. I got my most important dream fulfilled. I am not recommending, ramcharan doesn't even need it. He is such an extraordinary trainer.....you yourself attend and decide. But don't forget to leave a comment Good or Bad - ANYTHING.. because so many aspirants are confused whom to join as so many self posted comments have become threats for our careers.

SAP-CRM professionals: Be aware.
Don't just pay fees blindly to sriram and laxmi ganesh by following your friend advise. Attend 1 week and you will understand they are showman and nothing. No need to say i think everyone is aware about jawahar cheating case of 8 lakhs of student fees last year i.e., 2011 from 4 batches.
Think twenty times before joining these showmen.

Hi All,
Please read this carefully.

We a batch of 14 candidates joined SAP CRM course at Vertion IT, where jawahar is teaching. We were guided by our seniors who heard about him. But after we joined and paid full fees within 10 days we realized the blunder we did. 1st module Base customization was finished in just 10 days. Not understanding any topic we were confused what to do. Then we decided to attend demos, started hunting for good faculty for SAP CRM. Atlast we found Ramcharan after attending 5 classes of different faculties. Ramcharan is passionate about SAPCRM and Training. We could not hesitate to ask him to allow us as a batch to join and we paid fees immediately. So it's a lesson for all those who blindly follow suggestions of their friends, seniors or colleagues. Don't be blind and waste your money and time. Keep open yourself and try to find good faculties. Time is precious than anything and with time you either loose or gain confidence.

Hi RC students,
RC is very popular and the most wanted trainer here at UK. Many of my friends learned CRM online from RC. They are mad about the way RC trains, the examples he uses and the motivation he does very slowly in your blood. They say he is "SAPCHARAN" not ramcharan, However I wanted to attend directly. So i took vacation and am at hyderabad. Pl someone who is a genuine RC student advise me the address where he teaches. Pl reply fast as i have only 3 months time. Thanks in advance...........Rupendra weeregyaku

JUST A REMINDER THIS IS WHAT I SAID

so Rupendra comes back from UK without knowing where does Raamcharan teach, lol, funny very funny, so Rupendra how come a stupid guy like you make it to the UK..didn't you think you shuld have called first and checked if Raamu kaka is teaching @ oasis or not, or should have checked his schedule no! i think you should first go to a BRAIN clinic to get some brains lol.....

just been to http://rcstudentclub.wordpress.com/, what a crap, if someone trusts it might as well eat some poop..

1st, students' poll sections: 525+ voted him good, he only started teaching since jan 2012...unless he is a superman, he can't in his wildest dreams think this is worth trusting, sorry raamkaka, bad move

2nd, Student's list ha ha ha..1st, why would you bother to take everyone's address, you seem to have taught people from all over the world..how do you do that..DO YOU NOT HAVE A JOB...oops..it hurts isn't it..we know you don't have a job..

what else, yeah just noticed, he had a student called JAWAHAR KHAN ha ha

Anonymous said...

right, jokes apart, Raamcharan is absolute conman, he does not work, just teaches round the clock, trying to make money and playing with people's lives..

Though there are some good qualities in his teaching like his communication skills however that can not neglect cons of studying with him

His record is that his batches never finishes on time, more than 3 months always, i have spoken to some of the students there and have attended few demos, he promises maximum of 45 days

he covers 50 % of the subject, that will not get even a fresher any job let alone someone trying to show some fake exp of 3 yrs. note: there are no freshers jobs in crm by the way

he is irregular after 2-3 weeks onwards, once you have paid him money and then he concentrates more on new students..i was lucky not to trust him completely..

2 months ago, he started a Salesforce CRM class with a name Prakash..he told everyone in his SAP class that there are no jobs in SAP but only in cloud, students were discouraged and let down by this man...my friend came to salesforce demo as well and attended his course for 2 weeks before deciding to quit...

How come same man claims 10+ yrs of exp in both Salesforce crm and SAP CRM working same time in both fields..abolsutely cheating

none of the details he gave on his website match..for example take some names from his student list and call Oasis technology..you will not find a single student with those names.

so 50% course, no material, no job support, no interview question, absolute neglection after 2-3 weeks, just some basic knowledge = 3.5 to 4 months

you decide if you want to waste your time or not

I read so many comments about ramcharan sir, but did my research by attending classes of different trainers. Ultimately decided to join ramcharan sir course only. Hi All,
Myself Javed from Mumbai. I heard about faculty Ramcharan sir and decided to join classroom course. Then I came to hyderabad to utilize 3 months of time dedicatedly on SAP CRM, meanwhile one of my old friend who undergone training under Besap institute met me at Hyderabad and suggested I should join Besap. Tough I read comments from so many students about Ramcharan sir, I got influenced by my friend and joined Besap. Starting was fine, but after 1 month I realized the mistake I did. At beginning classes were regular and teaching was also good, slowly after 1st week sriram faculty started cancelling classes and hardly he took 17 days in 1st month and completed 2 modules in SAP CRM. I was surprised & shocked but immediately took decision to go and join Ramcharan sir course. Requested him to allow me in all batches as I have wasted already 1 month and 15,000 rupees. He generously allowed and said only one thing which i will remember Lifelong “Forget past, start fresh and focus – I will give all the required tools and you will succeed”. That one sentence really really changed my attitude and outlook towards my career. I started as new person, completed my course in 2 months everyday busy schedule, examples, exercises given by Ramcharan sir and lab hours for practice. After 2 months I got placed. I thank him from my heart and wish all those who want SAP CRM course may not waste their valuable time trying other faculties. Going on to my 1st abroad assignment to Swiss within short time because of my knowledge in SAP CRM.

Just got message from my friend about abuse comments made on Ramcharan sir. Whoever is that, if you want to intentionally insult and damage Ramcharan's reputation, we will not keep quite. This has been already reported as abuse case. Keep reminded that students who got benefitted by Ramcharan sir know exactly the subject knowledge he has and the way he trains. If you are doubting our integrity then it’s a shame on your side being a co-student and if you have been bribed by any institute then it’s a indecency for your character. Shameless people have no values.
You are just a kid in SAP field. We have been in this field for the last 7 years and since then I know Ramcharan sir who was taking only one batch in the night at his home. He was working for IBM that time and my batch mates are all placed in reputed companies. We all treat him as our mentor and Guru. We all a bunch of 32 students will not tolerate any kind of abuse comments on him as we know well, how he works hard only because of his passion towards teaching. What did you comment “he does not work, just teaches round the clock, trying to make money and playing with people's lives.” Do you feel happy saying that? You have any idea what is his property value. There is no need for him to earn but only because he is passionate towards teaching, he is taking classes. Not only his old student but I am a good friend of him too. I know about his life very very well.
Whether you are aware or not about Cyber crime laws - Sec 66A I don’t know. This issue had been discussed by our forum and the comment you made on rcstudentclub will be taken seriously as this initiative was taken by student community. You are intentionally trying to cause damage and willing to spoil reputation, you shall not be left without penalty.
This is an appeal to everyone by RC student club – We genuine students wanted to help at least some new comers by guiding them about the good institute and the better faculty available as so many people are confusing them. The effort taken to create this club was not easy. It is almost impossible to gather and collect the genuine information from so many places. Still we made it possible by collective smart work. 32 students are behind this project and everyone has worked at nights extra-hours after their regular work. This is a result of meticulous & professional struggle by experienced, determined individuals.

Why are you jealous about the positive comments made about Ramcharan sir. We all are proud to be his students and even their is no need for publicity. His talent was spread only through word of mouth and now people are posting reviews only to help new comers. Have you ever seen any student club for a faculty and that too from experienced professionals. That is his skill of making students memorable and Steadfast. You better change your attitude to get successful in life. There are some highly experienced and influential people in the club.

Ramcharan sir has a skill of teaching subject in a simple & easy manner, covering each field on the screen (never heard any faculty doing that),trying to add more topics and concepts to the curriculum, motivating students positively, giving confidence and trying to impress even in the last class of a batch. Why do he does all this, only for the passion and love towards teaching.

I want to share some facts with students of SAP. Had been in SAP field since 2001, started as SD consultant and now as CRM consultant. The shift from SD to CRM was not easy. Suddenly company asked me to work on CRM in 2004 from bangalore and that too client facing role. Not knowing anything about CRM i jumped into project and started searching for anyone who can teach me good. Then one of my friend's suggested Mr.Ramcharan as the best presentor with excellent knowledge. I joined online course and was very happy for the way he made me comfortable in the project. His presentation skills, examples and clarity on each field in the screen will make student absolute strong.
Got news from my old friend that someone trying to spoil reputation of such highly talented person. It's a shame if he gets irritated and stops training as he is well placed in his career and life. Don't miss such brilliant faculties with your cheap politics. Money come and go but true knowledge cannot be bought with money. And if person is highly talented in expressing that knowledge then you should not loose such faculty at any cost.

Ramcharan sir is the only faculty who is punctual and regular to the classes. He is a focused individual and dedicates his personal time for teaching. His passion made him strong and unmovable, i know him since 2006. Seen and heard about so many faculties in IT, but none were punctual first and secondly regular to classes. But Ramcharan sir being so knowledgeable and highly skilled he never misses time and class. Very high in discipline he comes with tons of positiveness and motivation.

Some institutes are saying that if anybody does SAP course in their institute then they will show guaranteed placement. Don't believe such institutes as SAP career is purely matter of self skill and constant practice.

Learn from a decent faculty who is regular to classes and with good presentation skills and practice well. You yourself can get placed in any good company.

And SAP career will not end at least for now ( another 15 years) and pay packages also lucrative. So don't just listen to some failure people who could not get a job in SAP market. Remember what i said " your own skill & practice alone will get you job". All the very best for all SAP aspirants.

i suggest everyone that dont be foolish enough to join places who dont deliver as per their promises, e.g., the course duration & course content, many institues promise 1.5 to 2 months but it takes about 3-4 months to complete, the course isn't much, it can be completed in 1 month time but dont understand why do these people do that, people who leave comments above themselves being the best in the industry, can you actually trust them, also do not listen to fools telling you about future market, the truth is that no one knows, so if you are absolutely interested in learning SAP, do it, but choose good institutes, Magna training is good, but dont count on me, check it out yourself, speak to prev batches students, DONT ASK THEM HOWS THE COURSE, ask them questions based on which you can make your judgements, questions like When did you join this course and which topic is currently being taught, how long more do you think this course is going to run...also most importantly these institutes will not give you any placement support neither any PROJECTS, no one has access to confidential info like PROJECTS, BBP etc. the might get their hands on an extract but thats as far as it goes, also delphi in Pune is good as well, they might charge you a bit extra, but they deliver what they promise, good luck everyone

Geeta Madhuri, when yo studies MCA what was you area of interest? are you one of those who follow a herd, sap is good at the moment and hana is fairly new, so there is a niche market

Hana is a new SAP Platform just like netweaver, designed for better performance & data analysis.

Do the course from anywhere but read my post posted above on June 4, 2012 1:38 AM,

Also check out on job sites naukri, monster etc if they are hiring freshers in HANA or not, because if the institues are promising and there aren't any jobs for freshers, you might want to join some company who is using sap in any capacity then learn SAP HANA, then try to get an internal transfer

Whatever, anyone who wants to do a course need to see 3 important things
1. Trainer's knowledge
2. Presentation skills(make us comfortable and confident)
3. Trainer's discipline
If you find 3 things in any faculty join bliindly. Don't get influenced by friends or institute names. You can attend demo right? Attend, enquire and join. It's not money which will get wasted if you join wrong institute or wrong faculty, It's 1. Time 2. Confidence and 3. Josh/Zeal which you loose. And it is very difficult to get them back.
Just to add to help SAP seekers i have seen faculty Mr. Ramcharan who has these 3 qualities. He will not make any kind of promises nor will get you job. He will impart the necessary knowledge to be successful and confident. He has tremendous knowledge and fabulous expressive skills and is highly desciplined. You see such type very rarely.

I was astonished by the way Ramcharan sir inquired about my comfortableness in the online course. I didn't respond for the questions in the class, as I was busy thinking due to some personal issues. Immediately after the class is completed for that day, time was around 11 pm, he called me and was very empathetic trying to understand my comfortableness. He also said that I can attend next weekend batch if am not sure about any topic. We come across such caring, responsible faculties rarely. Thanks RC sir for reminding my school teachers.

All the sap consultants who are working in SD, ABAP, CRM functional & Technical definitely need to know and learn Middleware. Understanding the replication from CRM to R/3 back-end system and the different loads (initial & delta loads) and middleware connections and request load for objects will be very useful for them. Only one faculty RamCharan sir at hyderabad is explaining and teaching middleware course both classroom and online. visit http://rcstudentclub.wordpress.com/ and get details like course curriculum, duration etc. Make the most out of this excellent opportunity. My sincere suggestion to all of you whoever want to do crm course go and join Ramcharan sir institute. He is the best faculty for sap. The notes he tells and the examples he gives are enough to crack the job market. I recently attended Wipro interview and got selected. I just read and practiced the notes given by RC sir, it is so clear and easy to remember. Thanks so much.

Don't believe BESAP institute and faculty their. They have collected 15 k from me for crm course and faculty comes first 10 days, later he disappears. When he will conduct classes no information, Suddenly we get message that today class is on. When asked institute they keep on faculty and we cannot find faculty. This institute is just for money making and not for serious training. Never join BESAP : the worst institute and worst service.

Please be careful before you pay fees to any institute. Last year our batch of 25 students got cheated by Jawahar-Vertion IT at Hyd as he ran away with money and institute told us he is undergoing some surgery, this everyone knows. From that time i have been behind institute to get back my money. They told he will come soon and will continue our classes, he took may be 10 classes before he ran away, but didn't pay my money back.
At last he came back 2 months back and started classes again for new batches. When i went institute they told to sit in one of the batches.
In the last 2 months he took around 22 classes, teaching us the enduser job and now says course is completed.
Institute says course is completed as i sat for total 32 classes.
Not knowing what to do with the half knowledge and wasted my hardend sales money and time I am writing this atleast some people who will read will not suffer.

Mustaq said...

Nagaraj BESAP institute is even worst, you atleast attended 30 classes and learned enduser work, but we wasted 2 months and 15k with no clarity on subject and later realized.
Our batch of 10 have suffered a huge loss of confidence and went back to our regular jobs with this worst SAP nightmare. I suggest to all never go to BESAP institute at Hyd.

I didn't understand what i was learning in the course till i attended a interview.
I got the shock for my life when interviewer laughed at the answers which i gave.
She said whatever answers i was telling is the work of the endusers who will use the customized software done by SAP consultants.

I could not realize this in course time, as i was entirely new for SAP and whatever Besap institute faculty was telling i practiced that sincerely.

I came back from interview directly to the institute and asked faculty.
He said to my surprise that interviewer might not know the subject and she might be from other technology not from SAP-CRM.
Why these people spoil our lives without complete knowledge on the subject and without experience.

Be cautious before you join any institute.

Hi, have been working as ABAP programmer since 3 years. Got bored of coding and wanted to shift to functional side of sap, luckily our company got a project on crm and i jumped into it but i don't know functional side of business and wanted to learn crm, then started searching and inquired. So many faculties are good but they lack complete knowledge as they would have practiced only core module. Now a days only learning core concept is not helpful, you need to know indepth about all the topics then only you can survive and your clients will prefer you to be in the project.
My friend suggested to join Ramcharan sir's course who actually explains complete module indepth including SD concepts, Middleware settings, Pricing, Marketing, Sales, Service and gives notes which is very helpful in day to day work. Being at Bangalore i attended online course and feel 100% confident. Thanks a ton RC sir. You made my life easy.
Sincerely appreciating his effort..........Kausalya

Hi,
I too agree with you that some institutes may use web to play tricks and try to improve their business, but it is not correct to comment that everything written is fake in the student forum.

I understand that you are not a student so you don't have knowledge about RC sir, i completed SAP-CRM course under guidance of Ramcharan sir and felt very happy with his way of teaching.

But to find RC sir it took me 2 months and 5 to 6 demos from different faculties. So i felt to comment on the faculty whoever it is either good or bad.

And our batch-mates agreed to write comments whatever they felt. So without knowing the reality please don't use words like worst/fake. I don't say that he has got me job but his presentation and the effort he makes to teach is simply stunning.

But some people intentionally writing comments without attending his classes is not correct. You may try attending his classes then you will understand. I sincerely want to help students like me who want to know about faculties who is good and who is bad?

Because CRM module is advanced and it needs strong domain experience for faculty to explain business processes in detail. It is not just subject it is the analysis part which is critical and faculty needs to be good in Business analysis and concepts. Later comes customizing software as per business requirement. Ramcharan sir is good at Business analysis and giving easiest examples which make a student comfortable.

I am not recommending anybody to join, but before you join any faculty or institute it is wise to attend free demos and first 2 classes, once you attended all faculty’ classes recommended by your friends now choose your faculty because following or connecting to faculty is also very important to learn the subject, you should find likely minded faculty who is friendly and understands your curiosity.

Wishing you good luck …….. Swetha

I don't know whether you attended Ramcharan sir class or not because if anyone attends they will never use such words.
I was told to attend jawahar classes by my friend who is a sap consultant for last 9 years and i joined and paid the fees. But after 2 weeks he was not seen at institute and management got a new faculty for sap crm and continued classes.
As i was not clear and happy with the teaching, i attended classes of Ramcharan sir, then realized whatever i learnt till that time was only end-user job with jawahar and new faculty was not good at explaining. RC sir explanation, examples and notes are pretty useful and i became clear about all the topics.
I don't expect that he will get me job, because if someone gets you job then where is your identity. For that matter getting job is completely self effort and we should choose faculty who can explain well and in-depth.
I like his punctuality and discipline in the class apart from his teaching skills.

This interesting blog on some of the challenges you will face trying to break into SAP that I would recommend everyone read.

http://scn.sap.com/community/training-and-education/certification/blog/2012/08/09/dos-don-ts-for-sap-carrier-certification-on-the-basis-of-my-on-going-journey-from-an-accountant-to-sap-fi-consultant#comment-316203

One of the key things of being a good SAP consultant is being able to research, analyze information, make good judgement and communicate that information. Sorry to be harsh but there is a enough information out there with blogs like this and many other horror stories that if going forward anyone is surprised on how challenging it is to break into SAP that shows they are probably not set out for this career anyways given that didnt due their due diligence before hand.

Imagine if I want a BMW for 40K (SAP Authorized training) that has a 5 year warranty (will try to help you find work but no promises) and you decide to instead by a 4K car made (Unauthorized SAP Training) that promises a 100 year warranty (100% job placement) and during you research you see 1000's of complaints on the 4K car. Should anyone feel sorry for you when the car breaks down in 6months.

Don't follow these Intentional reviews wrote either by faculty or his friends/institutes. Just attend demos in 2/3 institutes, and you yourself will understand.

To get grip on crm you need minimum of 45 to 60 hours training and practice seperately.

Go out yourself and directly talk to faculty, now a days there are young faculty's with realtime exp and are serious.

Do not follow others, make your own identity. You see, You listen, You decide. You are the best guide for your own career.

I can say only one thing that some people are targeting him only to defame him but the fact is that students who have really undergone training under his guidance will tell others about his skills.
Then who can stop his goodwill spreading?

Its only silly to think that if someone is writing something on blogs will impact the market either good or bad.
Anybody will believe only when they attend classes directly and not by reading something on blogs.
No one is that stupid enough to decide something by reading or hearing.

3) Will i get job with sales experience in SAP?
4) For any course which institute is good?
5) What will be fees for the course?
6) Can i get for cheaper price?
7) Only learning is enough or i have to spend money in getting job also?

Our batch has come to know about the comments made against Ramcharan sir, we seriously condemn this act of intention to spoil somebody's reputation.

We presently at Oasis technologies undergoing SAP-CRM course by RC sir and are extremely satisfied with his teaching.

He just sticks to the topic what he explains in the subject and never goes beyond subject. How come false allegations are made on him which he never says.

We feel that some institute is trying to play politics out of jealousy on Oasis technologies image mentioning that they are neither institute nor student of different faculty.

Whatever, we just need good faculties who can teach subject in depth and good notes for our preparation. Till this is followed even anonymous like you can get students.

Stop playing cheap tricks and learn subject first and concentrate on your skills to get students genuinely.

BESAP institute Hyderabad is the best in providing worst service, worst facilities, worst faculty, worst material. Join any institute but not this, unless you want to spend money and time for a place for useless chatting.

Hello
I am planning to Join SAP ABAP Course from an SAP authorized. I went to them, got information. I asked them that i'll join the course in next week and also submit the fees in next week. But due to some urgent work my company send me outstation (on Client Location) for 2 weeks. i informed to SAP center about this. After two days they called me and asked me "WE have initiated your registration process and you have to submit the fee (which is approx 1.80 lack) within two days. and if you did not submit the fee your registration will be cancelled and you won't be able to register in next 8 to 12 months." I asked them why they started the process without my permission event they didn't informed me about this. I want to know that is there any rule in SAP Education like this. Please suggest. i want to know are they saying truth or just making resons so that i start to course and submit the fee ASAP.
